Appointment Request

The first step towards a beautiful, healthy smile is to schedule an appointment. We understand how uneasy some people may feel about dental visits, and work at providing a relaxing and positive experience.  Please contact our dental office by phone at  (423) 870-5301. Jan or Kellie will  help with your all your appointment needs. They can also mail or e-mail new patient paper bundle to be filled out and brought with you to your appointment. PLEASE arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so that Jan or Kellie can review your paperwork and  medical history to help us stay informed of your overall health or any illnesses that may impact you dental health or services.

If you have dental insurance, PLEASE contact your insurance company to verify that your company has us listed as a provider. We do not make these phone calls for you.  We are very sorry but due to new regulations YOU are responsible for checking this information.

We will not make appointments via e-mail.  We would love to have the time to do this but we do not. Please take a moment and call our office for an appointment. (423) 870-5301 We will be glad to help you with an appointment.

*****Due to COVID-19 several changes have been made so please help us help you during this time.*****

For those of you who like to receive text and e-mails, we now have a reminder service that does this. This will help for those who can not answer the phone all the time for appointment reminders.

****During this time with the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we had to make some changes in the appointment scheduling and how patient's are to be             seen.  Please help us keep everyone safe and healthy while taking care of your dental needs. We are trying to learn just like many of you                 what this new normal is going to be.  Dentistry just like Medical has been required to change and adapt to many new rules and regulations.             Thank you for your understanding and trust in us to take care of you.***

Please call our office for an appointment and we will either email or mail you the required forms to be filled out. (423) 870-5301  We will not call your insurance company to verify your coverage. This is the policy holder's responsibility.

If you need an appointment PLEASE call our office. We will not respond to e-mail for appointments. We would love to be able to do this but we just do not have the time to manage appointments by e-mail. Thank you so much for your understanding.
